When you register for Solution Match 2021, you get a great meeting experience from start to finish. Let's look at the full process from the attendee perspective, from reviewing vendors to requesting a meeting to participating in an online meeting in our platform. It's easy!
The "Find Matches" menu will show you how well you match with vendors that are participating in our event. The Matching scores show you the best overlap in terms of Dynamics products, industries, and business needs. And you can view all the vendors regardless of score to make sure we didn't miss any.
When you identify a vendor, select "Request a meeting" and choose one of their event representatives with whom you'd like to meet.
Set the time that works for you. If needed, you and your meeting guest can always change it later.
Now you'll wait to hear whether the vendor representative would also like to meet with you based on your interests. The vendor won't have your personal contact information yet.
When the vendor accepts your meeting request, you will receve an email alert of the match. Hooray! You will also see the time saved in your personal event Agenda.
When it's time for your appointment, click the "Start" button and enjoy a familiar online meeting experience with voice, video, chat, and screen sharing. Use your time to ask questions, share information about your needs, watch a demo, or find other ways to work with the vendor representative to educate yourself on the latest solutions available for Dynamics and Power Platform customers!
